Montgomery Technologies is a professional services firm specializing in the integration of technology and commercial Real Estate. Our mission is to create and enhance profitable relationships between Building Owners, Tenants, and Service Providers.

We combine a thorough understanding of Commercial Real Estate with broad technology and business expertise to ensure that Building Owners and Property Managers meet their asset goals.

Greg Jones

President, Montgomery Technologies

Mr. Jones is responsible for the operations at Montgomery Technologies and has developed the systems and procedures to successfully service the client base. Mr. Jones also coordinates consulting services for tenants, manages the firm’s service center, finances, and corporate development.

Mr. Jones has been actively involved in the evolution of the Intelligent Riser platform and is a nationally recognized leader in the integration of technology and commercial building operations. Additionally, Mr. Jones has worked with a wide variety of service providers in the promotion and the development of in-building distribution models to support the increased demand for bandwidth. On the wireless side, Mr. Jones has spearheaded Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) deployments and strategic development for building owners, carriers, Neutral Host providers, and manufacturers.

Previously Mr. Jones was an executive for a property management software company where he was instrumental in the development of a national sales team and managed the company’s professional services. He was instrumental in expanding the base of partner companies to help deliver an integrated technology platform for property managers. Mr. Jones received his BA from the University of California at Berkeley and his MBA from St. Mary’s College.

Glen Carolo

Principal, Montgomery Technologies

Mr. Carolo coordinates negotiations between landlords and service providers, serves as account manager for a number of buildings, performs both strategic consulting services and monthly operational reporting for landlords, and handles service center responsibilities.

Mr. Carolo is a panelist on the BOMA San Francisco Security Committee and is frequently a featured speaker and guest lecturer at national conferences and symposiums.  Mr. Carolo is regarded as an expert on the telecommunications industry and its impact on asset value and property management.

With over 25 yearsí experience, Mr. Carolo has served tenants, landlords, and service providers in the successful provisioning and deployment of technology solutions in Class A buildings.

Chris Tallerico

Director of Network Services, Montgomery Technologies

Chris is a dedicated IT professional with 23+ years of successful technical experience. He’s successfully worked with carriers, Fortune 500 companies and some of the largest health care providers in the Country; Chris has a solid reputation based on service and delivery.

Chris is an SME for: Enterprise Network Design, Network Cabling Design, Outdoor Wireless (both voice and data), WiFi, RFP Creation, Technology Reviews and Consulting, Data Center Builds, Roof Rights, UPS/Generator Sizing and Selection, Fire Barrier Management, UL and OSHPD.

A Bay Area native, Chris enjoys watching auto racing racing in his spare time, and closely follows both Risi Competizione and the Ferrari Formula 1 team. Chris is also a licensed helicopter pilot, USCG Merchant Mariner and an FCC licensed radio operator.

Katherine (Lunet) Kelly

Account Manager, Montgomery Technologies

Ms. Kelly is responsible for account management for certain portfolios as well as scheduling labor with various service contractors.  Ms. Kelly has worked in the field of riser management for the better part of 15 years and has been able to leverage her considerable telecom and cabling knowledge to support building tenants, service providers, and building staff.

Ms. Kelly’s career has blossomed and she now manages portfolios throughout the Bay Area, Pacific Northwest, and beyond.  With her operational experience, excellent people skills, and strong work ethic she is one of the key reasons why buildings, tenants, and service providers rely on Montgomery Technologies.

Jason Pearl

Sr. Project Manager, Montgomery Technologies

A 22 year veteran of the Low Voltage industry, Jason heads up our carrier installation business.

Jason is a proud member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW Local 6) and was part of the first Sound & Communications Apprenticeship class. Jason also holds multiple BICSI certifications, as well as factory certifications from: Leviton, Panduit, Ortronics, AT&T, Fluke and 3M.

Jason holds a California C7 Contractors License. In his spare time you’ll find him on the golf course and enjoying fine cigars.
